Just in case you haven't gotten it by now, we want you to contribute to our website. We are in our infancy and need your positive influences to help us grow! You are our future!

In our BULLETIN BOARD section, you can send us stories, make posts, review books, send us your favorite links, come up with new ideas for our site, send us your poetry, recruit allies, etc. Make it fun, make it work for you! You can look at what others have to say simply by registering. If you want to post or respond you have to log in after registering.

If you are inspired to reach out to real-life young adults (there we go again!) in your area, try starting a local support group. In the best case, "If you build it they will come!" You can search for other members in our Bulletin Board. Even if you don't come up with enough members for a physical local group, you may be able to start a virtual one.

Some of us have the urge to 'give back.' In this area, we will post volunteer ideas and opportunities and inspiring stories of our HYA warriors doing good work. We would enjoy hearing about the things you've conjured up. Let us know if you are planning an event- we'd love to come! Even if we can't make it, we would be happy to advertise your event.
