Information is important. And there's a lot of it out there. The challenge is to find what you want, when you want it. We have three main sections for you: Good Reads, Internet Resources, and FAQs.
Good Reads can be medical texts (aka
cancer books), books on diet and exercise, self-help, or inspirational
essays. Like most of us, you probably received far too many books
from caring friends and family. If you had the energy to plow through
any of them and actually really liked one, then we want to hear about
it!
Here at HYA we have more important things to do than recreate the
wheel. Rather than repeat all the great links listed on other sites,
we have listed some of the most comprehensive Internet
Resources. They are loaded with information and more links so
that you can go to them directly. So check them out!
And what better info resource than your new HYA friends? FAQs (aka Frequently Asked Questions) is a growing area, where we point you to other FAQ pages and - even more importantly - HYAers answer the questions we are all trying to figure out at one time or other. Do you have a different answer? Tell us!
Finally, some of us cope better if we do our research and get all the information we can. Luckily Sam Dunn has figured out all of the ins and outs and has a great page about doing your own research.
