Weekend at Lake Berryessa

A couple months ago a group of dedicated sun, food, and waterski loving HYA members spent the weekend at the Sobrato Hideway home on Lake Berryessa. Here are some of the highlights: Food, lots of it and very tasty. Every meal was a feast including salmon, fresh fruits and veggies, good wine, and best of all powerful coffee to get you up and in the water for an early morning run. Speaking of which, the skiing was perfect. The skies were clear the entire weekend with almost no wind. A few of us, including world-famous water skiier Sheri, mastered the wakeboard. The best part of the trip was, however, just being away from it all and relaxing on the deck overlooking the lake. For those of you who couldn't make it, I highly recommend going next year. Its the perfect "get away from it all" thing to do when you are in the mood to do just that.
